Michael's inevitable murder by Burns is foreshadowed early on during/before the train sequence. Although it's purposely out of focus, If you pay attention to the background behind Andre around the 1 hour & 10 minute mark, you can see Burns entering the train right before Michael & Andre do.( actually this happens at 1:45:50)
