In the first episode when entering the lift; Steve Martin presses floor 14, Martin Short presses floor 10 and Selena Gomez presses floor 12. Yet, in a later scene when the characters are shown through windows from outside the building there is no floor in-between floor 14 and 12, which is correct as no floor 13, however there is also no floor between 12 and 10. Also, in the title sequence cartoon Steve Martin is pictured on the lowest floor and Selena Gomez on the upper floor.
