During the scene when Billy (Zachary Levi) is taunting Thaddeus Sivana (Mark Strong), Billy says that the final Deadly Sin, Envy, wouldn't show up because it was weak and a coward. Coincidentally around the same time, Marvel Studios released Captain Marvel (2019) which starred Brie Larson as the titular role. Larson played Natalie Adams, whose nickname was 'Envy', in Scott Pilgrim vs. the World (2010). And it is known that Shazam's original comic name was Captain Marvel.
