In the comics, the Chief Judge of Mega City One wears a large gold eagle with a J on it covering his or her torso and large gold shoulder pads with horizontal plates on each side (ironically, in this film this is what the junior street judges have). Here the Chief Justice instead wears a gray tunic, a small winged emblem on his chest (as do the other council judges) and black and gold shoulder rank devices.
