The meaning and relevance of the movie's title is as follows. The plot is one in which everyone has a problem, but everyone's problem is different. Cheech and Chong's problem is that they don't have any money. It's cold and they want to get out of Chicago. The Arabs' problem is that they have too much money and are trying to launder it as fast as they can. Everyone's problems collide when the Arabs recruit Cheech and Chong to drive a limousine with $5 million hidden in it to Las Vegas.
