Both Brooke and her father, Hayley, die by accidental drowning in season 4 just three months apart from each other. Coincidentally also in season 4, Jack dies by falling several stories during a fight with Amanda, and just a few months later his brother Bobby is killed by falling several stories during a fight with Alycia.
