An Alien 5 has already been written; and Ridley Scott likes it and does want to revisit the story one more time. But Sigourney Weaver has already said in interviews that "Ripley has been through enough at this point. I think she needs to sit out at this point; I think we should leave her alone". Which means if Sigourney is rejecting the sequel script it probably is not going to happen!
