Sam Carpenter is revealed to be the illegitimate daughter of Billy Loomis who conceived her in high school prior to his murders and death by girlfriend Sidney. It is not disclosed as to whether she was conceived by Billy prior to him dating Sidney. However, given Sam's age, the timeline would appear to match up meaning that Sam would have been born sometime in 1997
