SWS mechanics gave the puppet nostril movement, an internal 'breathing' device, and mechanical eye twitching beneath her closed eyelids. Joey Orosco sculpted a prosthetic makeup for actress Barbara Pilavin. Forensic photos of a three-week-old corpse were used for reference.
