Idina Menzel's song "Over the Moon" mentions a cow named Elsie. Later in the song, she shouts "let it go, New York!" In 2013, Menzel played the voice of the Ice Queen Elsa and sang a song titled "Let it Go". "Elsie the Cow" was the longtime cartoon logo for the Borden Dairy Company, a national brand in the late 20th century.
