Although Scooby-Doo has frequently met other prominent Hanna-Barbera heroes (Blue Falcon, Yogi Bear, Snagglepuss, Space Ghost, etc.), this movie treats the rest of Hanna-Barbera's line-up as fictional within Scooby's world. Ironically, the very first appearance of the Blue Falcon and Dynomutt was Blue Falcon e cane prodigio: Everybody Hyde (1976), a backdoor pilot shown as a backup feature for The Scooby-Doo/Dynomutt Hour: High Rise Hair Raiser (1976). Scooby-Doo and Dynomutt teamed up on numerous occasions during the period of 1976-1978.
