An unmade episode called "Mind Games" would have featured a disguised Hugo Strange luring Bruce and Dick to his clinic, where he would wipe their memories of their secret lives as crime fighters, allowing Gotham's villains to go on a crime spree. With the help of Dr. Leslie Thompkins, they would rediscover their identities and stop Strange. The ending would've had Strange lobotomized, somewhat similar to his fate in "The Batman." Interestingly, this basic premise was used for the finale to a comicbook story in the Batman Adventures' original run.
