With his brief appearance at the end of the movie, Chris Owen (the Sherminator) has officially appeared in 4 American Pie movies, which puts him with more appearances in the series that some of the original main cast members, like Chris Klein (Oz) and Mena Suvari (Heather), who only appeared in 3. Owen like many of the original cast, did not appeared in American Wedding, the third movie in the series. However, the fact that he has a small part in Band Camp, the first spin off in the series, puts him ahead of most of his fellows cast members in appearances in the chapters of the series.
