Early script drafts contained the 2nd act scene with the character of Dina giving Lance a massage of his neck in bed in a suite at the Del Oro. She demanded that he dumped Melissa. The scene was excluded in rewrites ever since Robin Greer had already been hired for the scene, she had to be paid without playing.
