Turk (Robert De Niro) quotes the Dirty Harry line "There's nothing wrong with shooting, as long as the right people get shot". This is taken from Magnum Force, the second film in the Dirty Harry series, which, like Righteous Kill, deals with vigilante cops who murder criminals who have gotten away with their crimes.
