The TV series' version of Daisy Watkins was less shy and more popular, like her friend Frieda Goren, and a friend of Shenice Vale as well. She was also a smart girl who attended the Vanmoor Institute, a school for gifted youth, but after her discovery that Daisy's seniors were revealed as criminals (who had been taken down by Static) and therefore arrested, her parents put her in a safer public school which Virgil also attended. When she came into contact with Static, she became infatuated with him, always putting her in dangerous situations several times. She also developed a relationship with Virgil Hawkins (not knowing that he was actually Static), developing an on again/off again relationship because Virgil's responsibilities as Static would get in the way of it.
