After Hans shoots Takagi, Karl hands a dollar bill to a surprised looking Theo. This was an act improvised by Alexander Godunov who theorized that the pair would have a bet between them as to whether Takagi would give up the code and Theo has won, hence why Theo remarks "I told you" when Takagi stalls in giving Hans the answer.
