In Ghostbusters (Acchiappafantasmi) (1984), when Egon Spengler talks about the shortcomings of the firehouse in front of the Realtor, he says that one of the reasons why the firehouse was not the best choice was due to "its inadequate power supply." There's a bit of fridge irony for the fact that his trap didn't work in this film due to that exact reason: the farm didn't have an adequate power supply.
