The first wall demon believed to be the demonic disfigured soul of historical Cain of the Old & New Testament can be believed to have bitten George's throat, as a representation of a brother killing a brother, in the case of George leaving Danny to drown and Cain murdering Abel with a rock, also ironically incapsulating his appearance in hell for his crime.
