The movie was nominated for one 2010 Razzie (Golden Raspberry Award) in 2011. Star Ashton Kutcher won the Worst Actor Razzie Award at the 31st Golden Raspberry Awards ceremony for his role as Spencer Aimes in this movie and his part as Reed Bennett in the same year's film Appuntamento con l'amore (2010).
