Dr. Meldmann asks Lloyd if Dr. Pinchelowe (actually Harry) has Asperger's syndrome (which is a developmental disorder affecting ability to effectively socialize and communicate) which Lloyd says "Probably. I know he doesn't wipe right". The surname 'Pinchelowe' is a pun on "Pinching a loaf" which is a slang term for defecating.
