(at around 1h 16 mins) Wade Wilson's (baby) leg crossing scene is a reference to Basic Instinct (1992), which Cable responds "Is that really necessary?" To which Weasel responds "It's his basic instinct." Josh Brolin previously starred in L'uomo senza ombra (2000) which was directed by Paul Verhoeven, who directed Basic Instinct (1992).
