Although they met and played boyfriend and girlfriend on the show,both Michael J. Fox and Tracy Pollan were never involved each other during their time together on the show as Fox was dating Nancy McKeon and Pollan was dating Kevin Bacon at the time.It was only when they starred in Bright Lights,Big City and both were single that they began dating and eventually married.
