Ahk-Ton, the ruler of ancient Kahndaq, is based on Shazam villains Ibac (a brutal tyrant who ruled ancient Kahndaq) and King Kull (the leader of a conquering race who all sported horned helmets).In the comics, Ahk-Ton was the enemy of the DC Comics villain Metamorpho, and lived in ancient Egypt.
