Unlike Chris Columbus's previous directorial efforts, Home Alone (1990) and Home Alone 2: Lost in New York (1992), Mrs. Doubtfire (1993), which was also distributed by 20th Century Fox, doesn't feature the music to accompany the logo at the start of the film. Instead it starts with The Marriage of Figaro, sung by Robin Williams, as part of his voiceover for Pudgy the Parakeet.
