During some scenes, a background music similar to the famous Avengers theme can be heard, even though the film came out six years prior to The Avengers (2012). Also, several actors from the film appeared on the MCU: Samuel L. Jackson and Bobby Cannavale. Elsa Pataky is also the wife of Chris Hemsworth, who famously plays Thor in the MCU.
