Second of three screen versions of Donald E. Westlake's 1974 novel "Jimmy the Kid". The first was 1976's Italian Come ti rapisco il pupo (1977) made and released about six years earlier whilst the third was 1999's German Jimmy the Kid (1998) made and released about seventeen years later.
