Whoopi Goldberg (Shenzi in the original Il Re Leone (1994)) and Keegan-Michael Key (Banzai/Kamari in this remake) both voiced characters in Disney/Pixar's Toy Story franchise. Goldberg was in Toy Story 3 - La grande fuga (2010), as Stretch the Rubbery Octopus, while Key was in Toy Story 4 (2019) as Ducky.
