This version of Inspector Henderson is African American and modeled after Morgan Freeman's portrayal of Detective Lieutenant William Somerset in Seven (1995). This version of Inspector Henderson is voiced by Mel Winkler who actually portrayed in the character in live-action for the pilot of the series Lois & Clark - Le nuove avventure di Superman (1993). Interestingly, Winker also took over for the voice of Lucius Fox on Batman - Cavaliere della notte (1997), and later Freeman portrayed Lucius Fox in Christopher Nolan's live-action "Dark Knight Trilogy": Batman Begins (2005), Il cavaliere oscuro (2008), and Il cavaliere oscuro - Il ritorno (2012).
