In the 2011 Special Edition release, when Emperor Palpatine is trying to kill Luke Skywalker with the Dark Side lightning, Darth Vader has an added short line: "no, NO!" and then picks up Palpatine and drops him down the shaft. In all other video releases, Darth Vader says nothing during this scene.
