At the very end of the movie, when Lois drops a handful of dirt on Clark's coffin in Smallville and walks away, the dirt begins to levitate before the screen cuts to black and the credits roll. This implies that Clark is still alive, but also able to use his powers still. However, he doesn't get revived until Justice League (2017), which is implied to take place several years after this film.
