Brooke Adams was the original choice for the role of Brenda Wyatt. Rosanna Arquette, Jennifer Beals, Tanya Roberts, and Elisabeth Brooks were considered for the role of Brenda. Roberts turned down the role to star in the James Bond movie 007 - Bersaglio mobile (1985).
