Out of her many siblings, Marie Antoinette had a particularly close relationship with her older sister Maria Carolina of Austria (1752-1814), later a Queen (consort) of Naples and Sicily (term 1768-1814). Due to their relatively small difference in age, the two sisters were raised together.
