When Harry arrives at The Burrow (the Weasley house) after being rescued from the Dursleys, Ginny comes downstairs and asks if her mother has seen her jumper; Molly responds that "it's on the cat". Mrs. Weasley is not referring to an actual animal; there is a cat-shaped decoration on the fireplace mantel, the tail of which forms a sort of clothes hook. From this one can assume that the jumper had been freshly laundered and was hanging from this device, possibly drying, at the fireplace.
