This film received its first telecast Sunday 17 March 1940 on New York City's pioneer, and still experimental television station W2XBS. Post-WWII West Coast television viewers got their first look at it in San Francisco Thursday 5 February 1953 on KRON (Channel 4) and in Los Angeles WSednesday 1 April 1953 on KECA (Channel 7).
