The show was initially live, but starting in the summer of 1953, filmed episodes were broadcast infrequently. All broadcasts in the summer of 1954 were filmed, and about half of the broadcasts in the 1954-55 season were filmed. Staring in the fall of 1956, all of the shows were filmed.
