At the end of "War of the Worlds Part 2", Ben states that he doesn't recognize any of the aliens in his Omnitrix, implying that the Omnitrix has reset with a new set of aliens. However, in the next episode, "Vengeance of Vilgax Part 1", Ben is using aliens that he has used before.
