The film ending on Tattooine is a book ending as the main film franchise commenced with the planet Tattooine and ends with the same planet, with the only difference being that A New Hope opened above the planet while this film ends on the surface of the planet. Originally the ending of Revenge of the Sith was the book ending as the ending was also on Tattooine until the sequel trilogy.
