The final raid for S1E8 is a bit different when compared to the novel. In fact, Lorraine Hartley wasn't the only target left on Jame's list at that point. So within the finale of the book, James snuck into a hideout where he was confronted with Lorraine Hartley, Steve Horn, and Ben Edwards who held Katie hostage with an explosive device wrapped around her neck. James manages to shoot and kill Steve Horn first, then Lorraine Hartley and Ben before he could activate the explosive device. He then proceeds to rescue Katie, and douses the room with gasoline before burning the last people on his list.
