The diner that Ike Turner steals the tip jar from in Season 1 Episode 3 is Dyer's, a legendary diner on Beale Street Famous for fried burgers. You can tell this is dyers from the location of the bar and stove, and the red, green, and black tiling on the back wall. Dyer's is still open to the public today.
