In season one, episode four, "Male Unbonding", Elaine (Julia Louis-Dreyfus) is sleazily hit on by Jerry's unstable "friend", Joel (Kevin Dunn). Kevin played the role of Ben Cafferty on Veep - Vicepresidente Incompetente (2012), as an advisor to the title character Selina Meyer, played by Louis-Dreyfus.
