In the 2nd episode of season 3, "Cut Ties," Carla Gugino plays A.D. Karen Goodall, a character based on Karen Sisco, the title character of a 2003 TV series and the 1998 film "Out of Sight," also based on the writing of Elmore Leonard. In order to avoid trademark infringement Karen is given a different last name (explained by Goodall briefly stating she got married then divorced.)
