Aravind Swamy (Varadhan) debuted in Mani Ratnam's cult classic Thalapathy, where in he earned the endearments such as "The most beautiful Indian Man" and "chocolate boy". But in this film he successfully portrayed Varadhan as a "brute to the core". What a dynamic.
