(at around 4 mins) When K and D meet the border patrol officers in the desert, K introduces themselves as "INS, Division 6". Although of course Division Six doesn't exist, INS is short for Immigration and Naturalization Service, an agency created in June 10, 1933 to prevent the illegal entry of non-USA citizens in the country. It was dissolved on March 1, 2003, ironically six years later of the movie premiere.
