The Hulk grows taller as he gets angrier in this movie; the ILM animators thus made three different Hulks that Ang Lee likened to developmental stages: He's nine feet (2.7 m) tall in his first scene, which represents the infant/toddler stage.He becomes 12 feet (3.6 m) tall the second time, representing the medium-sized teen Hulk.He grows to 15 feet (4.5 m) tall the third and fourth times, as the adult Hulk who's in control.
