Before Oh runs toward the Gorg mothership which has landed on Earth, he locks Tip in the car and she plants her hands on the glass window. In return, Oh places his hand over hers on the opposite side of the glass, resembling Spock and Kirk's gesture in Star Trek II - L'ira di Khan (1982) and Into Darkness - Star Trek (2013). This also foreshadows Oh's 'death' during the process of saving the world. There is an additional relevance to this, since Oh is voiced by Jim Parsons, whose character Sheldon Cooper from The Big Bang Theory (2007) is a huge Star Trek fan who quotes The Wrath of Khan quite often.
