According to the Wikipedia website, "in the film references are made to fictitious books Transavia Folk Law, The Theory and the Theology of the Evil Undead, The Vampires of Prague and Nosferatu. The Vampires of Prague is a reference to the film I vampiri di Praga (1935) and Nosferatu is also a reference to the film of the same name released in 1922 [See: Nosferatu - Il vampiro (1922)].
