Two of the most frequent recurring characters, Andy and Sal, are played by Adam Devine and Elizabeth Banks respectively. Both co-starred in Voices (2012) and its sequel Pitch Perfect 2 (2015). Like in Modern Family, their characters do not interact on screen.
