At the end of the movie, there is a shot of Darkwing Duck (1991) at the convention booing the Rescue Rangers and demanding that he get his own show. Darkwing Duck was cameoed heavily in the rebooted Ducktales (2017) series, and there are plans of making a Darkwing Duck reboot as of 2022, however it would likely be in the same animation style as Ducktales (2017).
