Elizabeth Marvel, who portrays President Elizabeth Keane here, is an alumni player on almost all of the Dick Wolf based productions shows, including the Law and Order franchise. Linus Roache, who plays Chief of Staff David Wellington, worked with Elizabeth on two separate occasions on Law & Order in 2008 and 2009.
